Kames Country Club to close by the end of November
Mark Ranson of administrator Armstrong Watson confirmed the news that members of the par-71 Mouse Valley championship course have been dreading.
Mark said: “The preferred bidder has confirmed that they intend to use the site for agricultural – not golfing – purposes.

Hide Ad“The golf club committee which has been renting the site from us has provided us with notice. They will be off the site by the end of the month.
“We have worked consistently with the committee with a view to try and find a golfing future for the site. It is very unfortunate that this has not been possible.”
