Clyde star Higgins delighted to '˜join' a new team
Higgins has already been among the goals this season and will be hoping to hit the target again when the League Two side return to action after the international break on Saturday with their first ever trip to Edinburgh City.
But Higgins also has a new team off the pitch after joining the club’s Community Foundation, initially as part of the Carbon Clyde team.

Hide AdHe will be part of an eco-friendly football programme being delivered to P4-P6 children in local primary schoolsand will share his playing experience in the local community.
The 31-year-old forward, who is also completing his SFA B License, will be working with Carbon Clyde project manager Karen Welsh and community development manager Tom Elliott.
He said: “Clyde FC are a huge part of my life right now and l’m thrilled to be part of the Community Foundation, working with Tom and Karen.
“The Carbon Clyde project is helping Clyde FC reach into the local community and we have a great group of coaches helping to deliver many aspects right now.”
